Tailored Recruitment Partners are working with an a logistics business in Bradford to recuit a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager your daily duties will include: • Process and manage customer bookings accurately and efficiently., • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support., • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts., • Manage customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner., • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfactory outcomes., • Ensure customer requirements are consistently met while delivering a high standard of service., • Support client retention initiatives by fostering positive customer relationships., • Produce and maintain KPI reports and performance metrics where required., • Assist with a variety of customer service and administrative support activities., • Contribute to continuous service improvement and operational efficiency. Essential Skills & Experience • Previous customer service experience is essential; experience within the transport or logistics industry would be advantageous., • A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service., • Ability to remain positive and professional in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritising workloads when required., • Reliable, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously., • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions., • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills., • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes., • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, courteous, and confident telephone manner., • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
