Temporary Office Administrator Join a dynamic, Warwickshire-based commercial kitchen installation company, which completes wide range high-level installation work and services to several blue-chip fast food/hospitality companies within the industry. Role Overview • Duration: Approximately 11 weeks., • Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (Flexible 4–6 hours per day)., • Pay: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience (typically £12.50 – £16.00+ in Warwickshire)., • Training: Full comprehensive training provided on all in-house systems and industry-specific workflows. Key Responsibilities • Project Support: Produce essential documentation for installation teams and delivery drivers., • Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel and local accommodation for on-site engineers., • Data Management: Maintain accurate project databases and spreadsheets to monitor progress., • Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for blue-chip clients, suppliers, and internal departments., • Office Maintenance: Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and managing incoming mail.
