We are looking for a Manager to join our organisation and manage one of our 6 beautiful homes. As Registered Manager this is your opportunity to advance your career by creating a professional setting that provides a warm, nurturing home environment for the young people to live in. You will lead, inspire, and motivate your team to hold the highest aspirations for the young people, you will liaise closely with Ofsted to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence, whilst creating a safe environment'. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the culture across the service working alongside an established experienced team providing high quality care towards transforming the young people's lives. You and your staff will work closely with the young people's family, health, education, and social care partners, to provide them with high quality support. We will actively support you in your role and provide you and your team with specialist training, development, and supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting., • Comprehensive understanding of OFSTED regulations and standards., • Passion for providing high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ensure the home environment is run effectively and efficiently, • Take overall responsibility for maintaining health and safety and reporting to the Head of Care., • Have strong leadership and management skills, including staff engagement, development and performance., • Applicants must have a Level 3 in Residential Child Care and working towards or achieved the Level 5 in Leadership for Residential Care - Children and Young People's Services, • Full UK driving license, • Competitive salary, • Company events, • Pension scheme, • Performance and Efficiency Bonus, • Bonus scheme, • Performance bonus, • Additional leave, • Casual dress, • Company events, • Company pension, • Employee mentoring programme, • 8 hour shift, • Monday to Friday, • Managing a children's home: 1 year (preferred)
