A barback is responsible for assisting bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently., 2. Restocking glasses and other supplies needed to make drinks, 3. About the role. OMA is looking for a service-focused sommelier to work with the head-of-wine and the wine team, helping to run the wine offering within the restaurant. You will be knowledgeable about wine, with an understanding of both classic and low-intervention wines from Europe and new world wine-producing regions. The role requires someone who has good experience working within a fast-paced, busy restaurant and who thrives on delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is open to sommeliers and to experienced head waiters with a genuine passion for wine who look for a new challenge.
