Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, our purpose-built nursery has been a nurturing environment since 2000. With a capacity for 52 children, our single-level facility features three spacious rooms designed for play and learning. Plus, we offer free parking for our staff! Role Responsibilities\n As our Nursery Manager, you will: \n\n • Take full responsibility for a well-supported nursery setting.\n, • Lead and develop a high-performing early years team.\n, • Ensure exceptional standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance.\n, • Drive continuous improvement in practice and outcomes for children.\n, • Oversee staffing, performance, and day-to-day operations.\n, • Build strong relationships with families and the local community.\n, • Collaborate with regional leadership to meet quality and occupancy goals.\n Required Qualifications\n We’re looking for a passionate Deputy Manager ready for progression who can demonstrate: \n\n • Strong performance in a Deputy Nursery Manager role, preferably supernumerary.\n, • Confidence in leading rooms, staff, or key areas of a setting.\n, • A solid understanding of EYFS and Ofsted expectations.\n, • Experience supporting inspections or quality improvement initiatives.\n, • The ability to lead teams, influence practice, and manage responsibilities.\n, • A clear ambition to step into full nursery leadership.\n\n You may already be acting up into manager responsibilities or leading significant areas of your current setting.
