The role of a SCaaS Sales Manager at TechPoint is crucial for electronics Supply Chain as a Service (SCaaS), managing the complex process in driving growth, optimising the process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, building relationships and expanding the customer base. • Develop and implement business plansworking alongsideSalesDirectorto expand the customer base. Explore new markets and opportunities for business growth andidentifyand pursue business opportunities through networking and partnerships., • Drive order intake activities for new logos or new projects from existing key customers., • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with new clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable supply chain solutions and address customer concerns, ensuringhigh levelsof customer satisfaction., • Sell ourSCaaSsolutionsoffering:supplier relationship management, strategic procurement, planning and demand management, inventory reduction,kittingand distribution,KanBanand Consignment agreements,etc., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, internal sales,productionand quality assurance to ensure customer requirements are met. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for service improvements., • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for significant opportunities from potential clients.Customisesupply chain offerings based on client requirements., • Regularly reviewobjectivesand sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them. Develop pricing strategies.
