About the role: We are looking for a collaborative and commercially-savvy Head of UK Supply Chain & Packaging to join our London team. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee packaging solutions and supply chain operations across the UK and European region, ensuring goods are delivered on time, cost-effectively, and in line with regulatory and sustainability standards. You will also represent the UK/EU on our Global Operations Management Team, working closely with colleagues in Australia to align supply chain strategy. This is a role where you will be hands-on, strategic, and relationship-focused – engaging with suppliers, bottlers, logistics partners, and key customers to drive performance and innovation. What you’ll do: • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes for packaging components and finished goods across UK and Europe, • Build strong partnerships with logistics, warehousing, and packaging suppliers, ensuring performance against KPIs, • Collaborate across sales, marketing, winemaking, production, procurement, demand planning and bottling to deliver seamless service, • Lead packaging development initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation and sustainability goals (EPR, PRNs, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), • Champion packaging innovation and lightweighting to meet environmental targets and reduce costs, • Engage directly with customer supply chain teams to optimise service and resolve issues quickly, • Proactively manage inventory, lead times, and supply risks, including slow-moving stock, • Lead and develop a small UK Supply Chain team, building capability and growing talent What you’ll bring: • Extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within FMCG, wine, or beverages, • Strong knowledge of packaging processes, sustainability regulations, and European supply chain requirements, • Proven track record of building supplier and customer relationships that drive efficiency and value, • Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and mentor a team, • Excellent commercial acumen, analytical skills, and project management capability, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to innovate, streamline, and deliver better outcomes What we offer: We're proud to offer a strong benefits package that we know can make a big difference to work life and life outside of work. • Primary carer parental leave offering 26 weeks paid leave, • Loyalty leave, • Work from Anywhere benefit, offering flexibility to work remotely, • Birthday leave, • Volunteer days, • Further education and study support, • Flexible working, • Mental health and wellbeing training and support, • Annual product allowance, • Options to purchase additional annual leave, • Sabbaticals and career breaks, • Continuation of superannuation while on paid and unpaid parental leave Does this role catch your interest?
