Seeking an experienced Barista/FOH to join our team in FOREST GATE branch. Please make sure you are applying for the right branch. This is a full time position and shifts will be from between Mon-Sun from 6:30am - 5:30pm. Weekdays is a must and some weekends. Must be able to start early as 6:30. Do Not apply if you have college or study during the week as you are required from the early hours of the morning. Main duties include; (1) Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages. Also servicing customers in the garden. Working with Speed and consistency. (2) Displaying, preparing and serving cakes and other light snacks to a high standard (3) Demonstrate latte Art (4) Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment (5) Serving customers and taking orders, multi tasking. (6) Calibration of coffee machine and grinder. (6) washing up when need to. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to work under pressure. The role also includes multi-tasking so being to prioritise your duties will be key. Must be able to work independently. As front of house, the ideal candidate must have good verbal English, be friendly with good customer service skills; and have the willingness to make customers satisfied.
