Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.
Experience
Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is a plus.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as communication with diverse customers is valued.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on sales techniques.
Basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
