Job DescriptionDescription: The Baker Motor Group is expanding our Internet Sales Department! If you have Automotive Internet sales experience - OR - Have automotive sales experience and are interested in Internet sales ~ this is the opportunity for you. TOP tier earning potential for sales leaders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Monitor and respond to internet sales leads, • Understand that business is built on Customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to ensuring satisfaction to all Customers, • Determine each Customer's vehicle needs through use of the Customer Needs Analysis Process, • Product knowledge / Certification in Products we represent and have on hand, • Select, Present, and Demonstrate vehicle(s) per the Vehicle Selection, Presentation, and Demonstration Process, • Seek Customer agreement to purchase/lease a vehicles per the Customer Agreement Process, • Deliver New vehicles per the Vehicle Delivery Process, • Attend all Sales Meetings, • Maintain a Customer follow-up system as directed by the Sales Manager that encourages repeat and referral business, and that contribute to Customer satisfaction, • Self-educate as to new products, vehicle features and controls, accessories, etc. and their benefit to Customers, • Establish personal income goals that are consistent with Dealership standard for productivity, and develop a strategy to meet those goals, • Report and review with New Vehicle Sales Manager regarding status towards objectives, planned activities, training, etc., • Understand automotive terminology and maintain ongoing product knowledge for our brands and competitive models, • Know and understand vehicle equity, values, and trade-in options and be able to explain to Customers at management direction, • Introduce all Customers to the Dealership Service and Parts Department, and EDUCATE the Customer on how to do business there, • Automotive Internet sales experience is a plus but not required, • Minimum of two years sales experience., • Previous experience in Automotive sales including but not limited to brands like: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans, Metris Vans, Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars, Porsche, Infiniti, Land Rover, Jaguar, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Rolls Royce, BMW, Volvo, & Audi., • Must have excellent writing, communication, organization, and customer relationship skills..., • Must have an aptitude for the latest in-car technology and telematics, cell phones and iPads., • Must maintain a professional personal appearance and have the ability to understand and use written, electronic, and verbal communications., • Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving history and be able to drive a manual transmission.
