This is a true hunter role focused on new logo acquisition across commercial and institutional verticals. Drive market expansion: This role is responsible for expanding recurring maintenance revenue, identifying untapped verticals, and building a sustainable pipeline capable of supporting long-term contract growth. The ideal candidate thrives in performance-driven environments and is motivated by revenue targets and market share expansion. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for the Raleigh market, • Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial maintenance contracts, • Target corporate campuses, commercial portfolios, and multi-site accounts, • Build relationships with property managers, asset managers, and facilities directors, • Maintain disciplined CRM usage and pipeline tracking, • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure service delivery alignment, • Build a qualified and sustainable pipeline within the first 90–120 days, • Generate significant new annual contract value (final target set during calibration), • Maintain consistent monthly prospecting cadence, • Drive alignment between sales and operations, • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (landscape preferred), • Proven success in new logo acquisition and territory expansion, • Experience within commercial services, facilities management, or related field service industries, • Comfortable operating within a performance-driven compensation structure, • Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline, • Accountable and process-driven, • Resilient and competitive, • Collaborative with branch and regional leadership, • Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000, • Commission: $50,000 – $100,000+, • OTE: $125,000 – $180,000+ Send your resume directly to: Subject line: Business Developer – Raleigh
