Job Description • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, and clients by phone, email, and in person., • Assist candidates with the application and onboarding process, including collecting required documentation., • Provide information about job openings, schedules, and assignment details., • Maintain accurate employee records in the staffing database or ATS system., • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating job placements., • Respond to employee questions regarding assignments, timecards, and payroll inquiries., • Support recruiters with candidate screening and data entry., • Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs, schedule changes, and workforce updates., • Monitor attendance and report no-call/no-show employees to management., • Help resolve employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary., • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred., • 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or staffing industry experience preferred., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment., • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and database systems)., • Excellent customer service skills, • Strong organization and attention to detail, • Problem-solving ability, • Time management and multitasking, • Office environment with frequent interaction with applicants and employees., • May require occasional support for recruiting events or job fairs., • Greeting walk-in applicants, • Assisting with employment paperwork (I-9, direct deposit forms, etc.), • Managing phone calls from employees regarding shifts or attendance, • Updating employee records and job orders in the system • A short version for Indeed job posting, • A professional HR job description PDF, • A bilingual English–Spanish version for staffing agencies.
