Job Description Are you the go-to problem solver who thrives on the road? You’ll deliver on-site cleaning and light maintenance for large hospital sterilizers, acting as a trusted advisor to clinical staff and facilities teams. Your mission • Be the first point of contact and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive, professional communication and rapid issue resolution., • Coordinate closely with Field Service partners and our contract administration team; keep stakeholders informed on arrival times, service status, completion, and next steps., • Perform sterilizer chamber cleaning: change and adjust chemicals, monitor process and pressures, maintain/repair chamber cleaning equipment, and handle/transport/dispose of chemicals per safety protocols., • Work with the Scheduling Team and your Supervisor to plan efficient service routes and meet coverage/service standards across your territory., • Troubleshoot equipment and system component issues, escalating to the right contact when needed., • Complete all documentation and reporting via company-issued smartphone, laptop, and software., • Safeguard your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory—maintain them and escalate concerns to ensure safe, effective operation. Schedule & travel, • Base: Sioux Falls, South Dakota, • Territory: South Dakota and North Dakota, • Travel: ~50% overall, including about 50% overnight travel. Most trips are within a few hours in your company van (which you keep at home), with occasional air travel to assist other territories., • Hours: Full-time. Expect variable shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and some weekend days. Flexibility is essential. What you bring, • High School Diploma or GED, • 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a technical or service field such as sterile processing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or automotive.
