Job DescriptionBenefits: • Remote, • Flexible schedule, • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License, • Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist), • Experience as Speech Language Pathologist with children (birth to 3 years old) or with experience in communication (speech/language) or swallowing (eating/drinking) disorders or delays that would impact communication or feedingKey Responsibilities:, • Provide one-on-one speech-language therapy services to children (birth to age 3) in their natural environments (home or daycare), • Conduct initial evaluations/assessments, six-month reviews, and discharge summaries in compliance with Early Intervention requirements, • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals, • Monitor progress and adjust goals and interventions as needed, • Create and utilize play-based curriculum to support communication development, • Educate and empower families through home education programs, • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies, State and Federal regulations, and professional standards Flexible work from home options available.

About This Role • Greet pet parents and get doggy daycare guests settled in for their day of play., • Interact directly with the pets-playing with them and encouraging safe socialization with the other dogs in their play group., • Rotate dogs through play time and rest time., • Educate clients on services offered., • Work with our groomers to coordinate requested services., • Bathe dogs and cats when assisting in grooming., • Perform front desk duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and taking payments.
