Job Description Position Summary: The Vehicle Programs and Services division is responsible for the development, implementation, and operations of the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS), State, Consumer Access Provider (CAP) and Junk, Salvage, Insurance (JSI) programs. As the primary product owner for NMVTIS, the Program Director is accountable for the system's strategic direction, performance, and stakeholder value.
