Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to work with customers and internal teams to bring new products from design to production. This role involves reviewing technical requirements, coordinating engineering and manufacturing teams in India and the USA, overseeing testing, managing project documents, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly, solve problems, and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finishs. Responsibilities • Review and negotiate technical specifications with customers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines., • Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and quality in both India and the USA., • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle., • Oversee testing, verification, and validation to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards., • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on tooling development, production methods, and process optimization., • Review product and tooling drawings for alignment with customer requirements., • Maintain and manage project documentation (BOMs, ECNs, DCNs) in compliance with ISO/TS standards., • Plan and manage product implementation and production ramp-up schedules., • Manufacturing/automotive background preferred, • Excellent attitude, strong listening skills, and quick learning ability, • Associate degree acceptable (Bachelor’s preferred), • Strong experience analyzing mechanical drawings, specifications, and SOPs, • Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, • Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools
