Summary The ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for directing both the strategic vision and hands-on execution of ServiceNow platform consulting and implementation efforts. Serving as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, this role translates business objectives into scalable, sustainable platform solutions, while managing governance, platform health, upgrade planning, and developer enablement. The Technical Architect leads delivery with the support of ServiceNow Developers and Business Process Consultants and Analysts, all under the guidance of the ServiceNow Delivery Executive.
