Will coordinate and ensure action plans and performance improvement projects are performed through practice analysis, audits, education, and the compliance of assigned department, with the standards set by associations of healthcare providers and with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Responsible for coordinating and supporting Regulatory and Performance Improvement activities and identifying ongoing data and information system needs. • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the theory and principles of clinical performance improvement., • Creates and fosters change in a positive proactive manner., • Fosters problem-solving using critical thinking skills., • Reviews and monitors occurrences, quality triggers and quality of care concerns observing for problems or patterns related to regulatory standards affecting the quality of care., • Educates and orients providers, administration, professional and line staff as needed regarding Regulatory/Performance Improvement requirements., • Serves as resource person for Regulatory/Performance Improvement initiatives within assigned areas., • Assists with and provides direction to staff in developing measurements for Performance Improvement and evaluation activities., • Develops data collection tools, data collection, summarization of data and reporting of findings., • Schedules and assists with follow-up on corrective action plans., • Prepares and submits monthly Performance Improvement Reports within the regions committee structure as assigned., • Maintains appropriate records of all Performance Improvement activities., • Assists in the preparation and coordination of all regulatory surveys., • Actively participates in all regulatory surveys., • Conducts and coordinates the follow-up of survey recommendations and requirements. The successful candidate will be someone who finds joy working in a church setting, providing spiritual nurture through musical preparation and leadership in worship. Oversight of all the church's ensembles is the Music Director's responsibility and can be accomplished either by directly working with each group or through close administrative and/ or musical support to volunteer leaders. The position is considered part-time and flexibility regarding days off and time spent in the office per week is possible. The church has an Organist on staff; however, the ideal applicant should be comfortable with service performance in the organist's absence. Our 40-member Chancel Choir sings most weeks for our Traditional Service and is supported by an Adult Bell Choir, a Contemporary band, and local professionals hired as needed. Compare compliance paths to advise owners and design teams and minimize risks to projects., • 7-15 years of building performance analysis or design engineering in a consulting environment., • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, energy systems, or architectural engineering., • Experience with eQuest, IES, EnergyPlus, or similar, and the ability to generate spreadsheet energy calculations., • Holds a PE registration., • LEED AP BD+C, BEMP, CPHC, and/or CEM Credential, • Experience mentoring, training, or overseeing work of less experienced engineers, • Field experience including performing field surveys for energy audits, observation of construction progress, commissioning, and/or operating a facility.
