Hi, For All the Children, Inc is a registered PA charitable corporation on its way to 501(c)3 status. We are new to the scene and have been in business less than a year. I would consider us a start-up rather than an established non-profit, though I do have some experience working for established non-profits though not as an Executive Director. I am hoping in this role to structure the organization for long term sustainability, make good community connections, recruit a full board, get a team trained, and get donors and foundations on board to fund us for the first 3 years and additional donors/supporters who will stick with us long term. We hope to help youth first and community second. I am seeking someone who enjoys taking delegation and making my life easier so I can handle multiple leadership tasks. You need to be able to carry a hefty mental load easily, prioritize tasks and be able to work at a decent pace without becoming careless or leaving tasks incomplete. I also need someone I can talk through things with who will just be a sounding board, enabling me to get things off my chest and think more clearly. I travel some, so you will need to be able to work mostly remotely during those times with regular weekly zoom meetings. You will also need to be available at least 8x a month when I'm in town. You need to have 3.5 hours free in your schedule on the same day each week for a regular weekly in person meeting, as well as the ability to schedule in an extra shorter meeting. You need to be willing to handle personal as well as business tasks, such as scheduling a dentist appointment or helping chose a gift for one of my family members. You need to be available to work continuously for 6 months. At this time, I am able to provide 46 hours of work a month at $16.50 per hour in exchange for your services.
