The Role: Agent Relations Manager This is a relationship-building role for natural networkers who understand that real influence is earned over time, not overnight. You'll be out meeting agents at their offices, presenting at brokerages, hosting events, and creating touchpoints that keep GG Homes top-of-mind. This isn't about hard sellingit's about becoming a trusted resource and building partnerships that last. You'll be the face of GG Homes in the real estate community, representing us at networking events, broker meetings, and one-on-one coffee chats. Your job is to educate agents on how we can help their clients, provide consistent value, and stay present even when deals take 6, 9, or 12 months to materialize. This isn't a role where you chase quick wins. You'll need to think strategically, invest time in the right relationships, and have the patience to nurture connections that pay off in the long run. The best relationship builders don't wait for perfect timingthey create consistent touchpoints that build trust over time. What You'll Actually Do • Build and maintain genuine relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and wholesalers across Southern California, • Lead presentations at brokerages explaining how GG Homes works and the value we bring to agents and their clients, • Attend networking events, industry mixers, and conferences to expand our reach and create face-to-face connections, • Take agents and partners to lunches, dinners, and events that strengthen relationships and keep us top-of-mind, • Create compelling content for social media and email marketing that educates agents and showcases our value proposition, • Design and execute creative marketing campaigns, gift bags, and value-adds that make GG Homes memorable, • Manage your pipeline of agent relationships like a business owner, prioritizing high-impact connections and following up consistently, • Collaborate with wholesalers and other industry partners to expand our network and deal flow, • Represent GG Homes professionally at all timesyou'll be the company's ambassador in the real estate community, • Think long-term, staying patient through 6-12 month sales cycles while maintaining consistent communication Who You Are We're looking for experienced real estate professionals who understand the industry from the inside, who are natural relationship builders, and who have the confidence to represent GG Homes in any room. Your DNA • Natural networker with industry knowledge you're comfortable in the real estate space, understand agent challenges, and can speak their language fluently, • Patient and consistent you understand that relationships take time and you're willing to invest months building trust before seeing results, • Confident presenter and communicator you're comfortable pitching to groups, leading presentations at brokerages, and commanding attention when you speak, • Creative and resourceful you think outside the box to create value, whether through content, events, or thoughtful gestures that agents remember, • Independent and self-driven you manage your own schedule, create your own opportunities, and don't need hand-holding to stay productive, • Always "on" mentality you're comfortable being available, responsive, and ready to represent the company at a moment's notice, • Polished and professional you look good representing the company and carry yourself with the confidence that earns respect Your Experience • Real estate industry background requiredformer agent, title professional, or someone with deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem, • Proven experience in relationship-based roles where success was measured over months, not days, • Comfortable presenting to groups, whether at brokerage meetings, industry events, or one-on-one pitches, • Experience with social media marketing and email campaigns in a real estate context, • Track record of creative thinkingwhether through events, content creation, or unique outreach strategies, • Someone who understands that this is account management, not aggressive salesthe focus is nurturing long-term partnerships, • Experience managing multiple relationships simultaneously and staying organized without losing the personal touch, • Bilingual is a plus, but not required Compensation We offer a competitive base draw plus performance incentives tied to the relationships you build and the deals that flow from your network. • Expected First Year Earnings $120k+ OTE, • By Year Two - $300k+ OTE This is a real opportunity to build something from the ground up.
