Based in Hollywood, FL, Sintavia, LLC designs and additively manufactures critical components for the Aerospace, Defense, & Space industry. SUMMARY: This role leads the execution of the company’s digital transformation by owning PLM strategy and delivering integrated, end-to-end digital solutions. As a working lead, this individual is expected to code, drive system integrations, and ensure real operational impact while leading a high-performing team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This role combines technical execution (coding, system integration) with team leadership and strategic direction, ensuring digital initiatives translate into real operational impact. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION • Lead enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategy and digital transformation initiatives., • Expand and optimize digital twin and digital thread capabilities across the organization., • Drive integration and alignment across core systems, including:, • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), • Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM), • Computer-Aided Design (CAD), • Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), • Quality Management Systems (QMS) TECHNICAL • Support operations by developing custom scripts and integrations across enterprise systems., • Maintain and support software solutions post-deployment, ensuring reliability and performance., • Contribute to the integration of systems such as Siemens NX, Teamcenter, Opcenter, and Syspro., • Lead cross-functional teams in deploying digital solutions and process improvements., • Maintain strong relationships with PLM partners and ensure continuous feedback loops., • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership., • Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, ensuring high reliability and performance., • Establish coding standards, version control practices, and deployment workflows. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL IMPACT • Lead cross-functional initiatives to deploy digital solutions and process improvements., • Ensure strong adoption of PLM and connected systems across Engineering, Operations, and Quality., • Maintain close collaboration with software vendors and integration partners., • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including executive leadership, translating technical work into business impact. LEADERSHIP • Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers while maintaining direct technical contribution., • Operate as a working lead (player-coach), balancing execution with team oversight., • Partner with digital manufacturing teams to define objectives and guide system development., • Plan, prioritize, and evaluate departmental activities to meet organizational goals., • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)., • Drive accountability, execution speed, and technical quality across the team. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field., • 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or digital transformation within a manufacturing or engineering environment., • Proven experience working with PLM/MES/ERP ecosystems, including platforms such as Teamcenter, Opcenter, and Syspro., • Strong hands-on programming experience in languages with the ability to design and deploy production-level code., • Experience developing APIs, system integrations, and automation workflows across enterprise systems., • Familiarity with engineering tools and data environments such as Siemens NX, CAD/CAM/CAE systems, and manufacturing data structures., • Demonstrated experience leading technical projects or teams, with the ability to balance hands-on execution and leadership responsibilities., • Strong understanding of data architecture, system interoperability, and digital thread concepts within an industrial or manufacturing setting., • Experience working in cross-functional environments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations)., • Proven ability to define, track, and improve KPIs and system performance metrics., • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical concepts to both technical teams and executive leadership. PREFERRED: • Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments., • Familiarity with digital twin / digital thread implementations., • Strong background in database management (SQL)., • Prior experience with Siemens PLM solutions, including:, • Siemens Teamcenter, • Siemens Opcenter, • Siemens NX (CAM, CAD, CAE), • Experience working directly with software vendors.
