This role works as part of a crew to deliver high-quality lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, and general property upkeep. The Lawn Care Crew Member performs hands-on field work, assists with equipment and materials, and helps maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites. This position is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and values teamwork. Key Responsibilities Crew Support & Daily Operations • Work as part of a lawn care crew under the direction of a Crew Leader or Foreman, • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers with equipment and materials, • Follow daily routes and schedules efficiently, • Maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, and job sites, • Perform lawn care services including:, • Mowing, trimming, and edging, • Blowing and cleanup of clippings and debris, • Fertilization and weed control applications (as trained and licensed), • Seasonal services such as aeration, dethatching, and overseeding, • Assist with basic landscape maintenance such as pruning, mulching, and bed maintenance, • Communicate respectfully and professionally with teammates and customers, • Follow instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed, • Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, • Follow all safety policies and procedures, • Use equipment properly and safely at all times, • Contribute to completing daily routes efficiently and to quality standards, • Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor work experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply), • Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction, • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (chauffeurs license preferred), • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate lawn care equipment, • Reliable, punctual, and dependable, • Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods, • Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed, • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain Benefits: • Weekly pay, • DeHamer Events and Gear, • Great Culture, • Fast learners are promoted quickly, • Access to various types of equipment to train on and improve skills, • Overtime available DeHamer Landscaping [Company] Hiring Terms and Conditions: Applications must be completed via our website at .
