We’re seeking a Front Desk Agent who thrives on connection, precision, and delivering moments of delight. What You’ll Do As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of Kozy—welcoming guests, solving problems, and setting the tone for a seamless stay. Your responsibilities will include: • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, • Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, • Handling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system, • Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed, • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction, • Promoting hotel amenities, local attractions, and upselling services when appropriate We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, personable, and ready to grow. Goldfish Swim School follows all CDC and WHO safety standards along with following any local guidelines. In addition here are some additional safety precautions and procedures we follow: • Every shift has an on-staff cleaner to sanitize high touch areas in our lobby and pool areas, • Our pools are disinfected with chlorine to provide the safest swimming environment, • The CDC states that proper operation, maintenance and disinfection of the water with chlorine should remove or inactivate the virus, • Our state-of-the-art ventilation system allows fresh air to continuously circulate into our building, further minimizing the spread of any airborne virus
