Job Description About Complete Apartment Care Complete Apartment Care (CAC) is a fast-growing apartment maintenance and turnover company serving communities across Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Georgia. Since 2010, we’ve provided reliable painting, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance services that help property management teams minimize downtime, protect property value, and keep residents satisfied. We are expanding into the Jacksonville, Florida market and are looking for a driven, high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help establish and grow our presence in the region. Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building CAC’s Jacksonville market from the ground up. This is a pure new-business role focused on acquiring new apartment communities and property management clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. After initial onboarding, accounts will transition to an Account Manager, allowing you to stay focused on continued market expansion. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role for someone who wants to grow quickly and be rewarded for results. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close new apartment communities and property management clients Conduct daily in-person property visits and prospecting Build relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups Generate and follow up on estimates and proposals Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets Source opportunities through cold outreach, site visits, networking, and referrals Support contractor recruitment as needed to fulfill new work Transition accounts to Account Management after initial onboarding What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, or similar roles Strong cold prospecting and closing ability Comfortable with in-person, field-based sales Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized with disciplined follow-up habits Experience in multifamily, construction, or service-based industries preferred Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Valid driver’s license required Physical Requirements Frequent local travel within the Jacksonville market Ability to walk properties and conduct site visits daily Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments Ability to manage a high-activity, field-based schedule Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000 Total compensation potential: $90,000 – $140,000+ (Year 1) Commission structure: 5% commission on revenue generated within the first 90 days of each account 2% residual commission for months 4–12 Performance bonus: $10,000 bonus upon reaching $1.5M in new revenue Company vehicle, phone, and tablet provided 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Parental leave Professional development support Why Join CAC At Complete Apartment Care, you’re not just selling services—you’re building a market.
