Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Support • Lead, train, and support Kitting Associates to ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met., • Serve as the first point of contact for team questions, guidance, and issue resolution., • Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment., • Coordinate daily kitting activities to meet production goals and deadlines., • Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and proper resource utilization., • Ensure all kits are assembled accurately and meet company quality standards., • Partner with the Quality team to identify, report, and quarantine damaged or non-conforming products., • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or material needs., • Ensure accurate documentation of completed work in tracking systems., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment., • Support cross-functional teams including Shipping & Receiving when needed., • Be available to work at Nuvias Draper warehouse as required by business needs., • Previous experience in warehouse, production, or kitting operations., • Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred (informal leadership experience acceptable)., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to lead by example and work hands-on with the team., • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., • Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and training materials., • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scanning systems, inventory tools)., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus., • Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software., • Fast-paced warehouse setting with a strong focus on teamwork and efficiency., • Health Insurance, • Dental, • Vision, • Health Savings Account (HSA) if applicable, • Have you worked in a warehouse environment?, • Do you have experience leading or training a team?
