Primary Responsibilities: • Contribute to the growth of Five Star Franchising franchise network, acting as ambassador for our brands and long-term vision for our systems, • Guiding, educating and nurturing candidates through the Five Star franchise sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation, • Identifying and targeting potential franchisees, including via prospect list-building, industry events, online searches, etc., • Qualifying franchise candidates to determine their fit with Five Stars target attributes, • Collaborating with the Five Star executive and marketing teams to develop franchise recruitment campaigns, • Analyzing and reporting sales metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales goals, • Network & market with franchise consultant groups to generate leads., • Manage lead flow and track sales process utilizing Franchise Sales Software (Sales Force) or CRM system., • Guide the application process, perform due diligence, partner with legal to review legal documents, negotiate terms and coordinate the timely flow of documents to reach the final documents signing., • Participate in Meet the Team Days at Brand headquarters as necessary., • Develop a thorough knowledge of the brand in order to communicate the opportunity to potential Franchisees., • Attend applicable trade shows and conferences., • Conduct sales processes to ensure adherence to federal & state regulations, policies, and procedures., • 5+ years of proven franchise sales experience utilizing a consultative selling approach., • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred., • Passionate with a positive attitude., • Self-starter who takes ownership in their role., • Ability to work cross-functionally and interface with all levels of the organization, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Experience in franchise recruitment, driving organic lead performance and working with broker networks., • Skills with CRM sales management software.
