Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k) matching, • Bonus based on performance, • Competitive salary, • Dental insurance, • Paid time off Key Responsibilities Operational & Financial Leadership • Own full operational P&L and partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and longterm planning., • Improve gross margins through process discipline, resource optimization, and utilization management., • Implement reporting frameworks to track profitability, performance, and capacity across departments., • Use data and analytics to drive decisionmaking and evaluate operational and marketing effectiveness., • Provide leadership input on pricing models, backlog forecasting, and growth initiatives.Strategic Execution & Service Expansion, • Partner with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans, including new market expansion., • Operationalize new and evolving service offerings across digital, technology, project management, and energy solutions., • Ensure services are scalable, profitable, and consistently delivered., • Identify and mitigate operational risks impacting performance or reputation.Technology, AI & Systems Enablement, • Evaluate and implement systems that enhance speed, quality, visibility, and client outcomes., • Optimize the internal tech stack to support efficiency and scalability.People Leadership & Organizational Development, • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary department leaders., • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management across the organization., • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement., • Ensure organizational structure aligns with strategy, workload, and growth.Vendor, Partner & Client Management, • Select, negotiate, and manage thirdparty vendors and technology partners., • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers., • Review and negotiate contracts, scopes of work, and proposals.Energy, Utility & Infrastructure Oversight, • Bring deep experience in electric utility construction and energy infrastructure., • Oversee Microgrid, Delivery, Due Diligence, and Industrial service lines., • Lead execution of utilityscale solar and wireless EV projects.Operations Management, • Identify, analyze, and implement energy and efficiency projects., • Prepare and manage departmental budgets and monitor expenditure., • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance., • Review and approve takeoffs, requirements, and preconstruction deliverables., • Lead internal review meetings to assess risk, scope, and strategy., • Collaborate with project management to ensure smooth project turnover., • Develop competitive pricing strategies and maintain strong vendor relationships.Success Metrics, • Revenue retention and reduced churn, • Client satisfaction and relationship strength, • Operational efficiency and utilization, • Margin improvement, • Ontime, onscope project delivery, • Adoption of AI and datadriven workflows, • Team productivity, accountability, and leadership effectivenessQualifications, • 10+ years of senior operations leadership in the energy sector, EV infrastructure, consultancy, construction, or similar complex service environment., • Extensive background in energy or EV infrastructure (10+ years required)., • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams., • Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen., • Demonstrated success implementing process discipline and operational accountability., • Experience integrating technology, data, and automation into operations., • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and client relationshipbuilding skills., • Thrives in fastpaced, entrepreneurial environments., • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred., • Authorized to work in US About NextNRG, Inc.
