Job DescriptionDirector of Field Services - Manufacturing Director of Field Services - Manufacturing (Aftermarket Parts) Location: Riverside, Missouri (On-site) - Relocation Assistance Offered Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $127,000 - $197,000 annually + 15-20% percent bonus DOE The Opportunity A global manufacturer of premium food processing technologies is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Services to lead the transformation of its aftermarket business into a scalable, customer-centric, and highly profitable growth engine. This senior leadership role has full accountability for aftermarket strategy, commercial performance, operational execution, and customer experience. Reporting directly to the President, the Director serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and plays a pivotal role in driving long-term growth through parts, service, and value-added lifecycle solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership and Commercial Growth • Develop and execute a multi-year aftermarket growth strategy focused on revenue expansion, margin improvement, and lifecycle value creation, • Provide commercial leadership across parts sales, field service, project management, and value-added service offerings, • Build a disciplined commercial engine, including pricing strategy, margin management, and proactive parts and service campaigns, • Launch new predictable-revenue service offerings through market and competitive analysis, • Establish a customer-centric vision that enhances responsiveness, uptime, and serviceabilityOperational Excellence and Execution, • Lead, develop, and scale the Lifecycle Services organization, including recruiting, performance management, and talent development, • Implement policies, processes, and KPIs across scheduling, installed-base intelligence, pricing, quoting, and field reporting, • Improve operational performance metrics such as response time, schedule adherence, first-time fix rate, warranty cost reduction, and service profitability, • Drive execution discipline across strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion and sustained impactCustomer and Market Development, • Foster a culture of proactive customer engagement and rapid issue resolution, • Strengthen feedback loops between field service, engineering, quality, and product development, • Partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies highlighting full lifecycle valueCross-Functional Leadership, • Serve as the voice of the customer across engineering, operations, finance, quality, and service teams, • Influence and align stakeholders in a matrixed organization to eliminate silos and drive accountability, • Participate in enterprise-level initiatives and share best practices across operating teamsLeadership and Culture, • Build a high-engagement, high-accountability service culture, • Establish structured development plans, cross-training programs, and succession pipelines, • Reduce turnover through clear direction, strong leadership presence, and consistent communication, • Model professionalism, trust, and effective conflict resolution Qualifications • Bachelor degree in a technical or business discipline (MBA preferred), • 10+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated success in aftermarket or service-driven growth, • Background in food processing, industrial equipment, or field service organizations preferred, • Proven P and L ownership, margin improvement, and process scalability, • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability, • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and influence cross-functional teams, • Excellent executive-level communication skills, • Proficiency with Office 365, CRM, and ERP systems What's Offered • Salary: $127,000 - $197,000 per year + 15-20% percent bonus DOE, • Executive visibility and ownership of a mission-critical growth engine, • Comprehensive benefits and competitive total rewards, • Professional development and long-term career growth opportunities, • A values-driven environment emphasizing teamwork, integrity, and performance If you are a strong Director & Leader with the Qualifications listed above, please apply & submit your resume to: for review. • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
