Why this role • Real Ownership: Full P&L accountability, forecasting, and strategic planning, • High Earnings Potential: Competitive base + commissions + performance bonus, • Top-Tier Platform: Steer a facility already ranked among the best nationwide, • Build & Lead: Recruit, coach, and develop A-players across sales and coaching, • Career Growth: Multi-site and regional leadership opportunities for top performersWhat youll own (core outcomes), • Revenue & Profitability: Monthly autopay growth, new revenue (PT, team training, camps), EBITDA margin, • Sales Performance: Lead schedule show close conversion, assessment throughput, average ticket, • Retention & Experience: Churn %, show rate, renewal rate, NPS / CSAT, • Workforce & Quality: Hiring velocity, ramp time, staff utilization, session quality, payroll % of revenue, • Operational Excellence: On-time reporting, CRM hygiene, failed payment recovery, complianceWhat youll do, • Strategy & Finance, • Own the P&L: budgeting, monthly closes, cash-flow management, and variance analysis, • Build weekly/monthly forecast models and capacity plans; scenario test campaigns and staffing, • Set targets and run a disciplined operating cadence (scorecards, standups, WBR/MBR/QBR), • Sales & Growth, • Architect and execute growth campaigns (assessment-first funnels, team training, clinics, camps), • Lead pipeline management, speed-to-lead, and follow-up discipline; coach assessments and closes, • Build community partnerships (schools, clubs, coaches) and local marketing calendars, • Operations & Member Experience, • Ensure flawless floor operations, session quality, and safety standards, • Drive retention playbooks (onboarding, check-ins, milestone tracking, save tactics), • Oversee billing accuracy, failed-payment recovery, and policy transparency, • People Leadership, • Recruit top talent; set role clarity, KPIs, and incentives aligned to outcomes, • Develop coaches and sales staff through shadowing, call reviews, and performance coaching, • Build a high-accountability, positive, mission-driven cultureWho you are, • A data-driven builder who spots trends early and course-corrects fast, • Equally comfortable in a sales huddle, a community meeting, or a budget review, • Systems-minded: you operationalize clarity, consistency, and accountability, • Obsessed with member outcomesand the team that delivers themMinimum qualifications, • 35+ years leadership in boutique fitness, studio, hospitality, or service franchise, • Full P&L ownership in a prior GM/Director role, • Proven P&L exposure (budgeting, forecasting, margin management), • Track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets and improving retention, • Strong command of CRM & reporting (e.g., GoHighLevel, Mindbody, Daxko, GymSales) and Google Workspace, • Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills, • CPR/AED (or within 30 days)Preferred qualifications, • Training certification (eg: CSCS or NASM-CPT), • Experience hiring, ramping, and leading multi-disciplinary teams (sales + coaching), • Background in performance training or coaching (certifications a plus), • Bachelors degree in Business, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
