We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Sales Order Coordinator to support the order coordination process. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone maintaining a high level of professionalism., • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts, generate and close quotes, route leads, and collaborate with sales managers., • Enter and manage orders in Epicor, including coding, clarifying, and updating purchase order details., • Coordinate with production, shipping, logistics, and accounting to resolve issues and expedite shipments., • Support reporting for key accounts and track rebate programs., • Assist with product research, literature distribution, and pricing requests., • Manage specialized projects such as quoting, design coordination, and third-party vendor communication., • Help organize internal sales meetings and trade shows, including logistics, materials, and product displays., • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audits as needed., • Associate's degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years preferred)., • Fluent in Spanish and English is required., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Mechanical aptitude and technical orientation., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, and Epicor or similar ERP., • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills., • Schedule: Mon- Fri, 1st shift, • Pay: $60-70k/yr., • Location: Edina, MN, • Type: Direct Hire All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
