Paralegal – Divorce & Family Law (Bilingual) Pena & Kahn PLLC Pena & Kahn PLLC is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to support attorneys in divorce and family law matters. Responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, managing case files and calendars, assisting with discovery, communicating with clients and courts, and providing administrative and legal support. Family law experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism are preferred.

We are seeking a Landlord-Tenant Paralegal with hands-on experience preparing and filing Housing Court cases. The ideal candidate must be familiar with commencement requirements, court protocols, predicate notices, and electronic filing procedures. This is not a general real estate position—all work is focused solely on landlord-tenant litigation.
