Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Do you possess the personal qualities necessary to care for and work with children? Grow as an educator and make a difference in the life of a child. Opportunities are available to pursue a CDA or a college degree. The assistant teacher provides supervision, guidance, and support to the children. They will work with the teacher on learning experience plans and activity implementation. The assistant teacher will communicate and collaborate with families. They will participate in workshops and conferences to strengthen knowledge and skills. Job DescriptionMultidimensional Family Therapist - Job# 86 Waterbury, CT 06702 Full-Time Salary, 35 hours per week $55,000 per year Job Description: The MDFT Clinical Therapist provides in person intensive treatment services to families including but not limited to crisis intervention, parent guidance and education, advocacy and linkages to other services in neighborhood schools and communities. This individual will identify strengths and challenges of the adolescent, the family, and their transactions with extra familial systems. In addition, the Therapist will emphasize promoting behavior change in the youth’s natural environment. They will work with families and adolescents in their home environment 2-3 times per week conducting Clinical sessions with youth, parent and family.
