We're looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Operations & Studio Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. We are expanding into table scapes and events so we need more hands on people. What You'll Do • Manage and organize inventory, supplies, and stock., • Keep the studio organized., • Run local errands, venue pickups, post office and shipping runs, and supplier pickups., • Prepare balloon orders, materials, and event kits before installations., • Assist with balloon installations and breakdowns at event venues., • Communicate professionally with venues, vendors, and delivery partners., • Help track inventory levels and reorder supplies when needed., • Organize files, receipts, and operational documents., • Support administrative tasks and other day-to-day business needs., • Step in wherever needed to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
