What You'll Do: • Be the warm, professional first impression for every examinee and visitor, • Answer and route incoming calls with confidence using RingCentral, • Manage appointment scheduling and calendars through DaySmart, • Oversee check-in/check-out, • Ensure accurate, HIPAA-compliant records, • Perform in-clinic testing like phlebotomy, vital signs, pulmonary function testing, EKGs and more, • Coordinate lab work and result processing, • Keep the clinic running smoothly—think organized, stocked, and welcoming, • Follow protocols and ensure compliance, • Value our nation's veterans and service members, • Have previous front office, receptionist, or medical office experience, • Have training and experience in phlebotomy, • Have training and experience or willing to learn other diagnostic testing procedures (EKG, PFT, ABI, etc), • Are tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling systems and phone platforms, • Thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered environment, • Can juggle tasks while staying friendly, focused, and detail-oriented, • Allegiance Medical, is providing the caring and compassionate service deserved by our veterans and service members, • Opportunities to grow professionally, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Paid Holidays, • 401(k) Retirement Plan, • Bereavement Leave, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Phlebotomy Certification or equivalent (military medics and corpsman encouraged to apply), • 1–2 years of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, • Personable and calm under pressure, with a service-first mindset, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, • Strong sense of empathy and focus on delivering a great patient experience, • Phlebotomy Certification and verifiable experience, • Knowledge of supplements and general wellness terminology, • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality, • Experience taking vitals, performing EKGs, PFTs, ABIs
