Job DescriptionSalary: 60k-80k + Commission DOE Sales Executive (South Region) Company Overview Quantum Wi-Fi delivers next-generation, carrier-grade connectivity for residential and commercial communities. Our platform integrates fiber backbones and enterprise-grade Managed Wi-Fi to provide secure, reliable, and cost-effective broadband. We design, build, and operate bulk Internet and Managed Wi-Fi networks for MDUs/MTUs, HOAs, REITs, and mixed-use properties improving resident experience, supporting property operations, and driving NOI. As we expand across national metropolitan markets, were hiring a proven MDU sales professional to join our business development teams as a Sales Executive. This role focuses on winning long-term bulk Managed Wi-Fi agreements with property owners, developers, REITs, boards, HOAs, and management companies. Role Overview The Sales Executive is a strategic hunter and relationship builder who owns the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, financial modeling, negotiation, and contract execution. Youll leverage knowledge of property operations and in-building network design to craft solutions that increase asset value and resident satisfaction while delivering measurable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Prospect, develop, and close new MDU/MTU opportunities; secure multi-year bulk Managed Wi-Fi and ROE agreements., • Run consultative discovery with owners, REITs, developers, HOAs, and managers; translate needs into tailored connectivity solutions., • Manage full-cycle sales: pipeline development, site qualification, ROI/TCO modeling, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and close., • Lead commercial and legal negotiations to obtain favorable terms (exclusivity, door counts, SLAs, build schedules, and economics)., • Partner with engineering, construction, and operations to validate serviceability, cost estimates (CAPEX/OPEX), and deployment timelines., • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene; deliver reliable forecasts and stage-level pipeline updates., • Serve as a trusted advisor to clientsdriving satisfaction, retention, and expansion (e.g., premium tiers, device management, property IT services)., • Represent Quantum Wi-Fi at industry events, trade shows, and associations to build brand presence and generate qualified leads., • Stay current on competitive offerings, pricing, and regional market dynamics to position our solutions effectively. Qualifications • 3+ years of success in telecom or enterprise MDU sales with a track record winning bulk or ROE agreements., • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-property, multi-million-dollar deals., • Strong understanding of broadband and in-building distribution systems: Fiber (GPON/XGS-PON), Ethernet, Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6/7), ONTs/gateways, MDF/IDF topology., • Expert negotiation, financial modeling (door economics/ROI), and contract management skills., • Consultative seller skilled at C-suite and owner engagement (owners, REIT executives, developers, asset managers)., • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce); disciplined pipeline management and forecasting., • Self-motivated, organized, and effective in fast-paced, high-growth environments., • Location: South Florida preferred or willingness to travel to our Boca Raton HQ one week per month.
