This role will support Collette’s Responsible and Sustainable Travel and Global Tour Impact programs, aligning with our values and strategic priorities to maximize positive impact for local and global partners, deepen integration across employee, partner, and traveler experiences, and strengthen the Collette brand. The Tour Impact Partner will embody Collette’s values—Be Responsible, Be Happy, Be the Legacy, and Be a Trailblazer—and share our belief that travel can create positive change. The role focuses primarily on three pillars of our Corporate Citizenship platform: the Responsible and Sustainable Travel initiative, the Global Tour Impact program, and Collette Cares communications, marketing, and integration efforts. As part of a small, agile team, the role will also collaborate at times on grantmaking, volunteering, sustainability, supply chain, and employee engagement initiatives. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, tour and industry partners, and nonprofit and social enterprise stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, and will work closely with product design, contracting, tour manager, marketing, and CX teams. Primary Functions: • Support development of Responsible Travel and Global Tour Impact strategies in collaboration with the Manager of Tour Impact, Head of Corporate Citizenship, employee teams, and cross-functional stakeholders., • Partner with the product team to expand Impact Moments within the Explorations product line and Responsible Travel Highlights across Collette products, increasing inclusions and community impact year over year., • Audit tours annually to identify Responsible Travel Highlights and Impact Moments; track all inclusions and develop related marketing, sales, and tour manager content and integrations., • Research and evaluate responsible travel vendors in collaboration with product, assessing alignment with Collette’s Responsible Travel, animal welfare, child welfare, and Corporate Citizenship standards., • Measure tour-level carbon emissions and impact using internal and external reporting tools., • Collaborate with Product, Tour Delivery, and Customer Experience teams to monitor on-tour quality and address responsible travel-related issues as needed., • Support communications, marketing, and training efforts by creating written and visual content across channels including social media, web, marketing materials, blogs, client documents, tour manager and sales tools, internal communications, and trainings., • Maintain and update Responsible Travel content across traveler, sales, and tour manager materials; refresh annually and develop new content as standards and industry expectations evolve., • Conduct ongoing outreach to partners to collect testimonials, photos, videos, interviews, and Supplier Sustainability Surveys to support storytelling and reporting., • Attend sales meetings, tour manager summits, product co-labs, conferences, and relevant company or industry events as needed., • Track responsible travel and sustainability trends to inform innovation and continuous improvement., • Support the coordination and facilitation of internal Responsible Travel employee groups, including meeting planning, agenda development, discussion facilitation, and recommendations., • Assist with broader Corporate Citizenship initiatives, including volunteering, Global Week of Service, sales events, and other ad hoc projects. Knowledge & Skills • Bachelor’s Degree required and at minimum 2+ years of experience in an office environment., • Creative and forward-thinking, seeks opportunities to improve and proposes solutions to enhance Collette’s Corporate Citizenship positions., • Passion for community work and volunteer activities, • Excellent people skills – ability to connect with people, build partnerships, communicate effectively with people all over the world at every level of the organization, • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including strong relationship building experience, • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate sound judgment, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Experience organizing programs and projects, working with people across industries and/or departments, • Ability to travel globally up to 20% of the time, • Ability to attend industry and partner events and to work extended hours over some nights/weekends, • Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience using design tools such as canva a plus, • Knowledge of Global Travel, Responsible travel, Sustainability, and Community Impact, • Strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
