Lead Generation Business Development Manager StellarBlue.ai Location: Fort Myers, Florida area Job type: Part-time/Full-time Work setting: Hybrid / field-based with in-person networking and business development throughout Southwest Florida About the role StellarBlue.ai is hiring an experienced Lead Generation Development Manager to grow our presence in Southwest Florida, with a strong focus on the Fort Myers area. This role is designed for a motivated business development professional who is confident in building relationships both in person and online. You will represent StellarBlue.ai throughout the local business community by attending networking events, developing strategic partnerships, and creating new opportunities with businesses across the region The primary focus of this role is selling Stellar Audience IQ, our lead intelligence solution that helps businesses identify qualified opportunities, uncover buyer interest, and turn website traffic into actionable sales conversations. In addition to selling Audience IQ, this role includes selling marketing services that help maximize its performance, such as PPC campaigns, email marketing initiatives, landing pages, and direct marketing opportunities. This is more than a traditional sales role. You will help businesses understand how AI-powered lead intelligence and smart marketing execution work together to drive better results. What you’ll be doing • Building and growing StellarBlue.ai’s business development presence in the Fort Myers and Southwest Florida market, • Attend in-person networking events, chamber functions, business gatherings, and trade associations throughout the region, • Develop relationships with local businesses, referral partners, agencies, and key decision-makers, • kersProspect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Stellar Audienc, • Use Audience IQ itself as a sales tool to identify qualified leads and support online outbound business development efforts, • Combine local networking and digital prospecting to create a steady flow of qualified opportunities, • ties Sell complementary marketing services that enhance Audience IQ performance, including PPC, email marketing, landing pages, and direct marketing initiatives, • Conduct discovery meetings, demos, presentations, and consultative sales conversations, • Build recommendations that connect lead intelligence with campaign strategy and conversion opportunities, • Manage pipeline activity through our Go High Level (GHL) CRM tools and disciplined follow-up, • w-up Collaborate with internal strategy, marketing, and production teams to align recommendations with client goals What you’ll be selling This role combines AI-powered lead intelligence with performance-focused marketing services You will be selling • Stellar Audience IQ as a lead-finding and prospecting solutions, • Online sales opportunities through Audience IQ, using the platform to identify qualified leads and create targeted outbound sales efforts, • PPC and Google Ads initiatives to improve visibility, traffic quality, and lead flow, • Email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and support follow-up strategies, • Landing page opportunities to improve campaign conversion performance, • Direct marketing opportunities that help businesses act on identified audience segments and sales opportunities Why this role matters This position is built around two major growth channels First, you will create business through in-person networking and local business development across Southwest Florida. That includes building face-to-face relationships, attending local events, and becoming a visible representative of StellarBlue.ai in the marketing Second, you will create opportunities online using Audience IQ to identify qualified leads and build outbound sales opportunities more efficiently. This makes the role especially valuable for someone who understands how to combine relationship-based selling with technology-enabled prospecting The ideal candidate understands that the strongest business development strategy is not limited to one channel. It blends local relationship-building with smarter online lead generation. Required quali • 3+ years of B2B business development, outside sales, consultative sales, or marketing sales experience, • Experience with in-person networking, local market development, or relationship-based selling, • Confidence with online prospecting, outbound sales, and lead qualifications, • Ability to sell both a technology-driven solution and related marketing services, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Experience using CRM systems and managing pipeline activity, • Self-motivated and comfortable owning territory growth, • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within Southwest Florida Preferred qualification • Experience selling digital marketing services, lead generation solutions, SaaS, adtech, martech, analytics, or business services, • Familiarity with PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, landing pages, direct response marketing, or CRM workflows, • Experience using the Go High Level CRM platform, • Experience using online tools or lead intelligence systems to identify qualified sales opportunities, • Existing network in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Punta Gorda, Babcock Ranch, or the broader Southwest Florida business community, • Agency, marketing, consulting, or growth strategy background Why join Stellarblue.ai • Represent an AI-forward company offering practical lead intelligence and growth solutions, • Sell a solution that helps businesses identify more qualified sales opportunities, • Receive between 15% to 18% of everything you sell.
