Job Description We are seeking a Finance and Marketing Analyst to support a vertically integrated entertainment company operating across Film, Recorded Music, Live Entertainment, Graphic Novels and Magazines, with additional consumer-facing revenue channels. This role is responsible for analyzing marketing performance, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting revenue optimization across releases, campaigns, and ongoing audience engagement. The analyst will work across multiple content formats and business lines to help connect audience behavior, marketing activity, and revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on analytical role focused on execution, accuracy, and systems support. It does not include people management, creative decision-making, or ownership of strategy. Key Responsibilities Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement • Analyze marketing performance across film releases, music campaigns, and graphic novel launches and their respective distribution channels., • Measure how marketing activity and audience engagement translate into revenue and repeat behavior, • Build analytical models to evaluate performance by market, channel, and content type, • Support and maintain the organization’s centralized CRM as the core system for audience and customer data, • Ensure clean, accurate, and consistent data across campaigns, releases, and channels, • Support segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and attribution logic used by marketing teams, • Track and analyze revenue performance across multiple distribution and sales channels, • Support optimization of marketing and release strategies using historical performance, demographic data, and audience behavior, • Build tools to compare projected performance against actual results, • Maintain and manage large datasets supporting marketing, CRM, and revenue analysis, • Produce standardized recurring reports for cross-functional teams, • Build repeatable Excel-based models, workbooks, and dashboards, • Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and reporting processes, • Help standardize metrics, definitions, and reporting outputs, • Support ad hoc analysis related to releases, campaigns, and performance reviews, • 3+ years experience in marketing analytics, CRM analytics, revenue operations, or systems-focused analytical roles, • Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, modeling, repeatable analysis), • Experience working with CRM platforms, • Strong understanding of marketing performance and revenue data, • SQL experience, • Experience in entertainment, media, publishing, or consumer IP businesses, • Familiarity with multi-format content (film, music, publishing), • Experience analyzing multi-channel marketing environments, • Advanced Excel, • CRM platforms, • Database and data management tools, • Reporting and analytics platforms, • Microsoft Office Suite Company DescriptionWe are a multi-platform Entertainment Group which spans music, film, television, digital media, graphic novels, magazine publishing, concerts, festivals, tours and events.
