Requirements * Proven Experience:Demonstrated success as a Software Sales Rep or in a similar high-volume sales role. * Consultative Sales Skills:Experience with consulting and selling over the phone; ability to build rapport and trust without a face-to-face meeting. * Quota Driven:A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. * Tech Savvy:Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) software (e.g.,Salesforce) and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics. * Communication:Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentations that clearly articulate value.
