Job Description Job Summary The Sales Administrator supports the sales and recruiting teams by handling administrative tasks, maintaining client and candidate data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. This role is critical to keeping the sales pipeline organized, accurate, and moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Support • Provide administrative support to the sales team, account managers and operations · Reach out to prospects via phone, email, various platforms to generate appointments, follow up on conversations and/or deliverables · Conduct digital outreach & push sales campaigns. Follow behind · Prepare and process client contracts, service agreements, and sales documentation · Assist with proposal creation, pricing sheets, and client presentations · Track sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM/ATS · Coordinate client onboarding and ensure documentation is complete Data & Reporting • Maintain accurate client, candidate, and sales records in CRM/ATS systems, • Generate sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries, • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures Communication & Coordination • Serve as a point of contact for internal sales and recruiting teams, • Communicate with clients regarding documentation, onboarding, and general inquiries, • Schedule meetings, interviews, and follow-ups as needed Administrative Duties • Support invoicing, billing, and commission tracking (as applicable), • Assist with compliance documentation and audits, • Handle general administrative tasks related to sales operations Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred), • 1–3 years of administrative or sales support experience (staffing industry preferred), • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, • Experience with CRM and/or ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot) Preferred Skills & Competencies • Previous experience in a staffing or recruiting agency, • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, • Customer-service and solution-oriented mindset ***Additional incentive - $50 per qualified appointment booked plus other incentives Company DescriptionSlingShot Connections provides contract staffing, direct hire placement, executive search recruitment, payroll services, and customized staffing solutions for numerous verticals, including accounting & finance, hospitality, human resources, and many more.SlingShot Connections provides contract staffing, direct hire placement, executive search recruitment, payroll services, and customized staffing solutions for numerous verticals, including accounting & finance, hospitality, human resources, and many more.
