Job Description Position: Sales Engineer Manager Academic Background • Bilingual in Spanish and English. Minimum C1 level in English (spoken, written, and technical)., • Minimum 6-8 years of total experience in technical B2B sales, including at least 3 years in commercial leadership or technical management roles., • Proven experience in industrial sectors such as machinery, automation, manufacturing, robotics, energy, or similar., • Successful track record of meeting sales targets, business development, and strategic account growth., • Experience managing technical sales teams: coaching, supervision, training, and performance evaluation., • MBA, diplomas in leadership or commercial management., • Certifications in consultative sales (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Miller Heiman, or similar)., • Experience leading industrial bids or complex technical purchasing processes. Technical Skills • Technical mastery of industrial solutions: machinery, systems integration, automation, or custom solution design., • Ability to guide sales engineering teams in preparing proposals, quotes, and technical presentations., • Knowledge of design and technical analysis software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, etc.) and simulation tools (desirable)., • Ability to interact with R&D, engineering, and client production departments., • Commercial leadership: ability to define and implement technical sales strategies aligned with business goals., • Management of sales funnel and technical-commercial pipeline., • Strong skills in complex negotiation, objection handling, and contract closing., • Development of market entry strategies, generation of qualified leads, and expansion of key accounts., • Ability to identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, industrial fairs, and benchmarking., • Inspirational leadership and coaching skills., • Ability to motivate, develop, and retain technical-commercial talent., • Assertive communication with multidisciplinary teams, technical directors, and key clients., • High emotional intelligence, active listening, and conflict resolution skills., • Strategic thinking focused on sustainable growth., • Critical analysis for commercial and technical decision-making., • Customer and market orientation with a focus on value-added solutions., • Results orientation: consistent focus on meeting or exceeding established sales targets., • Key Account Management: ability to manage long-term relationships with strategic clients., • Negotiation: ability to negotiate technical and commercial terms beneficial to both parties., • Time and priority management: an effective organization to handle multiple sales opportunities at different stages of the cycle., • Availability for national and international travel according to business needs., • Fixed annual salary: $70, 000 to $80,000, • Sales commissions, • Profit-based bonuses:, • Additional bonus
