Duties and Responsibilities: • Communicate and lead with other engineering disciplines within the department, and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time., • Communicate with customers to ensure successful installation of equipment on site., • Oversee sub-contractors as required., • Assist with product drawing and specification reviews as required., • Determine project objectives by reviewing handover documents and specifications., • Determine project specifications by analyzing product design, customer requirements, and performance standards., • Manage communication with customers throughout the life of the project., • Manage communication with internal stakeholders., • Plan and manage completion of project objectives from receipt of order to completion of commissioning., • Create project schedules to achieve successful project timelines., • Create procurement specifications and production demands while utilizing the company SAP system., • Provide general technical support to customers during the life of the project., • Support Sales and Service department with technical support, as required. Your Profile / Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering 1-3 years experience within Dairy or Beverage industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills., • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task on a regular basis., • Strong networking skills and ability to work as a team with other departments., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially experience with process equipment., • Ability to arrange multiple tasks and prioritize them to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals., • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work well with other disciplines., • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software., • Ability to train team members on individual processes., • Excellent understating of customer relationships and risk management. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
