Position Summary: TheDigital MediaSpecialistsupportsthe organizations mission by developing,executing, andoptimizingdigital communications that increase awareness, engagement, and support from key audiences.This role manages and creates content across digital platformstoamplifyJFCSswork ofimprovingthe lives and well-being of individuals and families in need.By applyingdata-driven insights, creative storytelling, and current digital marketing tools, the Digital Media Specialiststrengthensthe organizations online presence and advancesits outreach, fundraising, and engagement goals. This position is required to be in-person in our Pittsburgh office for a minimum of 1 day per week. Duties & Responsibilities: • Supporttimelyand consistent digital communication across platforms., • Adapt and format marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and web content., • Contribute to copywriting, marketing, and communications for digital materials., • Collaborate cross-departmentally to strategically promote activities, services and organizational prioritieson JFCSs digital platforms., • Managesocial media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement., • Monitor online conversations, comments, and messageson all JFCSplatforms., • Execute andoptimizedigital advertising campaigns (e.g.Google Ads, social media ads)to increase, reach, engagement, and impact., • Lead the production and distribution of monthly email newsletters., • Update andmaintainwebsite content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current initiatives., • Track,analyze, and interpretdigital performance metrics (social media insights, website traffic, SEO, email engagement)and provide regular reports and data-informed recommendations to improve performance and support strategic decision-making., • Capture, edit, caption, and distribute photo and video content toappropriate audiences., • Organize,maintain, and manage digital assets, including photo and video libraries., • All other duties as assigned Qualifications • Preferred bachelor level degree in marketing,communicationsor related field, • Experience in marketing,communicationsor advertising, • Up to date on digital marketing tools and techniques, • Graphic design skills usingCanvaorAdobeCreativeSuite, • Experience with social media platforms such asLinkedIn,Facebook,X,TikTokandInstagram, • Experience withSEOcampaigns, google analytics and google ads, • Experience with executing successful marketing campaigns, • Experience designing and writing collateral: brochures, mailings,adsand appeals, • Photo and video editing experience. Proficient with image editing software, • Excellent verbal, written and online communication skills Qualities and Abilities • Can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, • Produce quality written work on short notice, • Generate,shareand follow through on ideas, • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, • Work collaboratively in a team environment, • Work independently while coordinating with relevant stakeholders, • Comfortable working with diverse populations and sensitive to the needs of people served by JFCS, • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven,creativeand high-energy, • Prolongedperiodssitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times.
