Technical Project Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) Rate: $70-85/hr (depending on experience) About the Role: This isn’t a typical PM role. You’ll own a portfolio of software onboarding efforts (SaaS, COTS, and hosted solutions) that enable research teams to access critical tools—securely and compliantly. You’ll balance project delivery with hands-on technical involvement, acting as both the driver of timelines and the go-to resource for technical validation, vendor conversations, and system readiness. What You’ll Do: • Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects end-to-end across risk, security, validation, and infrastructure workstreams, • Build and maintain project plans, tracking dependencies, risks, and timelines across a complex portfolio, • Act as a technical SME, evaluating system architecture, integrations, and configurations, • Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical and compliance requirements, • Support IT validation efforts (URS, test protocols, traceability, defect tracking), • Communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership, • Drive process improvements across onboarding workflows, tools, and reporting What You Bring: • 5+ years of IT project management or technical delivery experience, • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, APIs, data flows, and infrastructure concepts, • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, security, compliance, and vendors, • Strong communication skills—able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders, • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint Nice to Have: • PMP certification, • Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, CSV, or similar), • Experience with system validation (CSV) documentation and execution, • Background in pharma, biotech, or healthcare environments, • Exposure to cybersecurity reviews, vendor risk, or AI governance, • Data/reporting skills (Power BI, SQL, Python) About Us: At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
