Dymally College of Nursing DLSE STATUS: EXEMPT The Assistant Director will provide administrative and operational support to the CDU Simulation Center Director. The assistant director is responsible for maximizing the Mervyn M. Dymally College of Nursing (MMDCON) simulation program performance by managing daily operations and implementing organizational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and teamwork. In collaboration with course faculty and program directors from the school of nursing, the assistant director develops and ensures simulation quality.
