Job Description JOB SUMMARY: This role performs testing on food products, ingredients, and production lines ensuring prompt communication of any concerns with other departments regarding compliance to Quality Standards. Level II – In addition to Level I, must be able to conduct product gluten testing, Pre-Op inspections on assigned lines in Bakery or Topping during scheduled shift and complete required allergen testing post sanitation. c. Level III - In addition to Levels I & II, must be able to conduct Pre-Op inspections on a scheduled rotation on weekends for all lines in Bakery and Topping as necessary for the operation including OT hours, and complete allergen testing post sanitation. 4. Conducts daily instrument testing and the tools for up-keep and standardization/calibration of equipment (e.g. ruler, calipers, scales, metal detector/x-ray test pieces). 5. Conducts daily GMP inspections., 6. Pulls product retains from lines as needed for Shelf Life and other analysis programs (sensory, Production Validation etc.). 7. 90% Quality floor testing and 10% paperwork in office., 8. Technician - Mount Sinai Hospital Hemodialysis Unit Mount Sinai Hospital hemodialysis unit is one of the few remaining hospital-based dialysis programs in the country. The hemodialysis unit has always been maintained by the hospital since the unit first opened in the 1960s. The dialysis program currently includes dialysis services at Mount Sinai Hospital, Schwab rehabilitation hospital, and Holy Cross hospital. At Sinai, the services provided are outpatient and inpatient hemodialysis; at Schwab, inpatient hemodialysis; and at Holy Cross, inpatient hemodialysis. The outpatient dialysis unit has 11 stations, serving four shifts of patients Monday through Saturday. There are two staff shifts. The inpatient unit has 4 stations and also provides bedside dialysis. Schwab has a 2-station unit and also provides bedside dialysis. Holy Cross has a 6-station unit and provides bedside dialysis as well. All acute services also are operational Monday through Saturday. The unit is closed on Sunday. Acute staff has on call responsibilities. Also, Mount Sinai hospital and Schwab are currently developing a stronger peritoneal dialysis program. The staffing mix is approximately 60% RN and 40% certified hemodialysis technicians. The chronic staff work five, 8 hour shifts and the acute staff work four, 10 hour shifts. Mount Sinai hospital has four nephrologists, all part of the Sinai health system. They are on site, responsive, and supportive of the dialysis staff. We enjoy our independence functioning within a hospital system, as opposed to an outside management company. Our dialysis patients can more easily coordinate their other appointments and services along with their dialysis treatments here at Sinai. The unit also has practically no staff turnover. Responsibilities and Duties: As a Tower Technician the duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Participate in pre-project meetings and complete all required paperwork, • Assess safety hazards and ensure all work is performed following all safety rules and regulations, • Effectively work with and support fellow crew members crew members, • Successful completion of all scope of work assigned according to construction requirements and quality standards, and within the time frame allotted, • Provide troubleshooting and support for integration tasks, • Perform administrative tasks as required including timesheet submittals, daily reports, expense reports, materials list, etc., • Participate in punch-walks and submit close out package information, • Take responsibility and care for all company equipment, vehicles, and tools, • Ability to work with advanced hand/power tools and alignment tools, • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude, • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard best practices, • Basic computer skills, • Must be RF Awareness, CPR/FIRST AID, OSHA 10, Comtrain (or equivalent) certified, • Must be able to travel away from home for 3 - 6 weeks at a time, • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record, • Must have basic hand tools, full climbing gear, boots, work clothes, PPE, • Experience with all major carriers (TMOBILE, Verizon, AT&T), • NWSA TT1, TT2, • Rigging, • Knowledge and experience using test Equipment, ODM, PIM, Anritsu, OTDR, • Ability to read SA and other paperwork, • $19-$30/hour BOE, • Excellent health care benefits including medical, dental, vision and several supplemental offerings, • Company paid life insurance up to 1x annual salary, STD and LTD, • Must be able to climb and work on the towers, poles, buildings (no fear of heights), • Must be able to lift and carry at least 70 pounds, • Must be able to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully, • Must be able to work in inclement weather (snow, rain, heat, high winds, etc.), long hours and variety of shifts (including night work), • Must be able to pass ongoing drug screen testing

Job Description Job Summary We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a high-volume heavy manufacturing facility. This role is more advanced than a typical maintenance position and requires strong multi-craft maintenance skills with a heavy emphasis on electrical troubleshooting. Maintenance Technicians play a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production in a rural manufacturing environment. This position works directly with operations and controls engineering to support production equipment, preventive maintenance programs, and improvement projects.
