Job DescriptionInventory Auditor Job Details Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM Pay Rate: $18/hour Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Inventory Auditor Responsibilities: Maintain daily shipping and receiving records in SAP for inbound and outbound loads Organize and process inventory withdrawals into truckloads; update perpetual inventory for all shipments and reversals Verify accuracy of paperwork, shipping documents, and proof of shipments; maintain accurate and organized records Operate forklift as needed to support inventory and material handling operations Communicate add-ons, cancellations, and urgent shipping updates to supervisors and team leaders Support scale room operations and monitor dropped trailers and import containers Assist Inventory Department with filing, documentation, and supply management Inventory Auditor Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems At least 3–6 months forklift experience preferred Strong computer skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records Solid math and analytical skills for reconciliations and reporting Prior warehouse or material handling experience strongly preferred PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
