Job Description Location: RDF (Remote Delivery Facility), Pentagon, Washington, DC, and Springfield Warehouse, Springfield, VA Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site | Security Clearance: Must qualify for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) Position Overview The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse and dock operations at assigned sites, managing a team of logistics personnel who support receiving, screening, delivery, and disposal activities. This position ensures safety, accuracy, and compliance with all PWS, OSHA, and DPAS standards. Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in coordinating daily deliveries, managing vehicle and equipment assignments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting property accountability programs under the Facility Logistics Support Services (FLSS) contract. Primary Responsibilities • Supervise all warehouse and dock operations, including screening, receiving, delivery, and property movement., • Direct daily activities of assigned Material Coordinators and Leads, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards., • Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound materials, inventory, and disposal using DPAS or similar tracking systems., • Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure staff maintain current OSHA and MHE certifications., • Manage equipment utilization, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and transport vehicles., • Serve as the on-site point of contact for RMC management and government facility representatives., • Inspect all shipments and ensure compliance with security screening protocols., • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per OSHA and Pentagon standards., • Support training, onboarding, and evaluation of logistics personnel. Education: • Minimum 10 years of logistics, warehouse, or facility management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role., • Experience working on federal or DoD logistics contracts strongly preferred., • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Certification – current and valid., • Forklift Operator Certification – current and valid., • OSHA General Industry Certification (29 CFR 1910) – required., • Must qualify for and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)., • Must pass NCIC background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening., • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, operate warehouse equipment, and work in fast-paced environments., • Experience with FIAR, DPAS, and DoD property accountability programs., • Supervisory training in safety management or warehouse operations., • Knowledge of Lean or Kaizen principles., • Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with flexibility for extended hours or surge operations., • On-site position at the Pentagon RDF or Springfield Warehouse; periodic travel within NCR.
