Job Description We are looking for experienced Fitter/Fabricators. The candidates must be able to read intricate blueprints and be used to working in a custom fabrication shop. Each component is custom and must be able to transition to new projects smoothly. Weldments are large and heavy (5-50 tons) Job Description: o Read and comprehend Steel structures drawings o Fitting steel plate structures o Mark welding required on each weldment o Welding when smaller assemblies are required o Hold tolerances within 1/16th inch o Be able to plan ahead and change fitting steps to achieve desired outcomes of projects o Be able to make fixtures and other usual clamping devices to make fitting times faster and easier o Be comfortable flipping and moving 50 ton parts o Use of an iron worker • Salary is dependent on experience and capabilities; please include your salary expectations with your resume, • Great benefits: Medical with low HRA deductible., dental and vision 90% employer paid; short and long-term disability ins. 100% employer paid; life insurance policy of $50k, • Growing company with Steady work
