Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our team in constructing metal shelter systems for remote camp sites. These structures serve various purposes, such as showers, bathrooms, laundry units, sleeping quarters, kitchens, and general meeting spaces. The role involves working from blueprints to assemble, drill, rivet, and square walls before the buildings are fully constructed. Applicants should possess prior experience with hand tools, power tools, and the ability to accurately read a tape measure. Responsibilities • Assemble metal buildings and install components like lights, toilets, showers, and laundry fittings., • Work from blueprints to drill, rivet, and square walls., • Utilize hand and power tools effectively., • Experience in general labor, construction, or a related field., • Proficiency in using hand and power tools., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints., • Prior construction or related industry experience is preferred., • Mechanical assembly experience is advantageous. Work Environment Work in a large manufacturing company with 12 different departments, focusing on assembly. Each department specializes in different building types, and the company also features welding, painting, and CNC machining departments. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
